Jane Morris (born April 15, 1953) played the recurring role of Nora O'Dougherty, a co-worker and oftentime nemisis of Drew's in Seasons 1-9 of The Drew Carey Show, first appearing in the Season 1 episode "Nature Abhors a Vacuum".

In additon to her appearances on TDCS, Jane has also guest starred on many TV shows, which include Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, 7th Heaven, 3rd Rock From the Sun, the short-lived NBC-TV series Freaks and Geeks (2000), CBS-TV's Joan of Arcadia, and most recently, ABC-TV's According to Jim (starring Jim Belushi) and The Middle in 2013 and JoJoHead in 2016. She also had a recurring role as Mrs. Buckley on the short-lived NBC-TV sitcom series His & Hers in the spring of 1990.

Jane's film appearances include Nothing in Common with film co-stars Jackie Gleason (in his final film appearance) and Tom Hanks in 1986, Men Don't Leave (1990), True Lies with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis (1994), Bushwacked (1995) and The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement (2004).

In 1988, she directed the revue, "Channel This," with Chris Barnes at the Second City Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.

Family/Personal lifeEdit

Jane has been married to improv actor and director Jeff Hichalski since 1984. They have two children. In 1982, Jane co-founded the Second City's E.T.C. Theater with her husband, who's also a co-founder of the SC improv group itself.
