About Mr. Sweeney[]

Mr. Sweeney is an unscrupulous land development dealer who hires Oswald's father, ex-con Roscoe Harvey to work as a sales representative, and then also hires a skeptical Drew too, who soon finds out that Sweeney is really a scam artist, taking prospective buyers money in return for real estate which is filled with radioactive waste and is therefore unlivable.

Sweeney pressures Drew, who hadn't made a sale in his second day on the job, to make one, or he would fire him, as Lewis, who, with Kate, had checked out Sweeney's office to see if the properties were legitimate, as he is asks them to put up money up front for a supposed $25000 pieced of land, as they make an excuse not to purchase, saying "the baby's sick!",

Anyway, Lewis returns the next day with his money and a signed copy of the contract to purchase what was supposedly the "Dunbar property" which Sweeney was offering for a mere $8000, as supposedly a couple who was divorcing was willing to sell it for a song.

After Drew alerts Sweeney that he just made a sale, asking him about a date for Lewis to survey the property he just bought, Sweeney admits that there is no Dunbar property, and that he would show any prospective buyer the same land, and the land was "radioactive", and that the time the buyer realized so, that they'd be "getting fitted for wigs!"

When Drew tells Sweeney that the person he made the sale with was his friend, Sweeney, maybe half-jokingly asked him, "Hey, I got someone I need you to kill!", as Drew walks away and and Sweeney says "too soon!"
